Consider pharmacologic treatment for BPSD when:
- Behaviour is dangerous, distressing, disturbing, damaging to social relationships

Has not sufficiently responded to comprehensive non-pharmacologic treatment plan, including removal of offending drugs
- Interprofessional consultation with relevant specialist teams (e.g. Geriatric Psychiatry etc.)

Is behaviour likely to respond to medication?
